Terms and conditions

  1. DELIVERY

    Your Atolmar chair(s) are delivered to residential and business addresses in Europe. We will ship within 48 hours (weekdays) after payment and order confirmation has been sent.

    For Norway Switzerland and the UK VAT 25% is included and will be paid by UPS.

    Deliveries in Sweden by DHL & UPS.

    For countries outside EU (including Norway, Switzerland, UK) the price will be excluding VAT, which together with possible duty is to be paid on receipt. Please contact us before ordering to get additional cost for shipping.

    All goods are shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden.

  2. CANCELLATION & RETURN

    In case you regret your purchase at Atolmar.com you have 14 days of cancellation, valid from the day you receive your chair(s). However, the return charges are at your cost.

    If you wish to cancel or return your order, please notify us via email: info@atolmar.com.

     Please note that you cannot use your right of cancellation by rejecting your parcel at delivery, or by neglecting to collect without having notified us before your wish for a return.

    The chair(s) must be unused and with all accessories in the original carton.

    When you have received a confirmation mail for the return, please send or deliver to:

  3. WARRANTY

    The Atolmar chair has a 2 year warranty. During this time you can submit complaints regarding workmanship and material defects. If not because of misuse directly or indirectly, we will repair, replace or credit the chair or the part the complaint refers to. If we ask for a return we will provide a prepaid shipping label. But, whatever the problem, contact us as soon as possible.
